But that didn't stop the producers of the movie from putting an Academy Award statuette on the posters (something the Academy would never allow these days, when they are very scrupulous about defending the accuracy and use of their awards!). Important Added Info: Note that there is an interesting connection between our consignor and the image of Lyndon Johnson being sworn in as President to replace John Kennedy, with Jackie Kennedy by his side. You can tell that the people were extremely crowded, which is because this was done while they were on Air Force One! The man who took the photograph was the Cecil Stoughton, who was John Kennedy's photographer during his White House years. He took the photograph on Air Force One and it shows Johnson raising his hand in oath as he stood between his wife Lady Bird Johnson and a still blood-spattered Jacqueline Kennedy.
