Artist: John Norton Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded, but it had a long vertical tear down the center, splitting it into two pieces, but no paper loss along that tear. It had some tiny tears and tiny paper loss in parts of the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
