An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the cult classic 1974 Tobe Hooper Bryanston horror slasher thriller ("Who will survive and what will be left of them?"; "America's most bizarre and brutal crimes!..."; "What happened is true. Now the motion picture that's just as real.") starring Marilyn Burns, Paul A. Partain, Edwin Neal (as the hitchhiker), Jim Siedow, Gunnar Hansen ("as Leatherface"), William Vail, Teri McMinn, John Larroquette (as the narrator), Allen Danziger, John Dugan, and Ed Guinn

Important Added Info: Note that until 2019, we had never auctioned a first release black & white still from this classic horror movie. We were consigned a total of four of them in 2019 and 2020, and they sold for between $32 and $171 each. Then we were consigned a single one of these stills, and it auctioned for $236. Recently, we were consigned 10 stills that were obtained from a memorabilia dealer in 1974 when this movie came out! We are currently auctioning those 10 in 10 separate auctions, and that is all of these stills that we have. Note that there is an oddity about these stills. They are numbered from 1 to 11 in the lower left of each. The 10 that we are currently auctioning have numbers between number 1 and number 11, but there is no number 6, and that was not one of the five previous ones we auctioned, so we don't know that the mysterious number 6 looks like! If anyone knows what it shows, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good to fine. Other than slightly "curling", the still is in excellent condition!
