An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 41" x 69") (Learn More)

Garden of Evil, the 1954 Henry Hathaway Mexico cowboy adventure melodrama ("CinemaScope. In the wonder of high-fidelity directional-stereophonic sound"; "From a story by Fred Freiberger and William Tunberg"; about a woman who hires three Americans to go into Mexico and rescue her captured husband) starring Gary Cooper, Susan Hayward, Richard Widmark, Hugh Marlowe, Cameron Mitchell, Rita Moreno, and Victor Manuel Mendoza. Note that this movie bears similarities to Richard Brooks' excellent 1968 movie, "The Professionals", and we wonder if he wasn't inspired by this!

Important Added Info: This three-sheet was printed in 2 sections (which are now glued together). Also note that this poster has been heavily trimmed and measures 41" x 69". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 41" x 81".

Condition: good to very good. approximately 1" has been trimmed from the top edge of the poster; 2" black stain on the back of the poster that bleeds through somewhat at left in the background; paper loss in the lower left edge extending into the "G" in "GARDEN" (see the image at right); separation at some of the crossfolds as well as some 5" and smaller tears along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster (some repaired with tape from the back); folded with the sections attached resulting in extra foldlines throughout the poster; creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the poster (more so along the foldlines)
