He was a classical pianist prodigy who turned "mainstream", and became a major star in the 1950s, performing with his trademark candelabra on his piano. He only appeared in a few movies, including Sincerely Yours. He passed away in 1987 at the age of 67 from complications of AIDS. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
