Important Added Info: Note that this script is the third draft (Part Two) from May 10, 1990 and the screenplay was written by William Bayer. Note that this movie apparently at one time had the working titles of "High Risk Assignment Part Two" and also "Soldier of Misfortune Part Two" (it seems extremely odd to name a movie "Part Two", which is likely why those titles were abandoned!).
