An Autographed Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Ron Turcotte is a Canadian thoroughbred race horse sports jockey from the 1960s to the 1970s. He is perhaps best remembered as the rider of Secretariat, winner of the U.S. Triple Crown in 1973. Sadly, his racing career ended in 1978 at Belmont Park following a tumble from his horse, Flag of Leyte Gulf, which left him a paraplegic. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 79! Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ron Turcotte! Note that our consignor has been an autograph collector for many decades! He started when he was a teenager, going to stage shows and other places where he could find celebrities, and he would bring photos for them to sign, and over the years, he has continued this in many different locations, and he has an immense collection of signed items (he has also traded some of his for others, but only when he feels he is surely getting genuine ones!), and he has consigned a small portion of his collection to this set of auctions!
