Andalousie, the 1951 Robert Vernay French/Spanish bullfighting matador toreador musical romantic melodrama starring Luis Mariano, Carmen Sevilla, Arlette Poirier, Perrette Souplex, Liliane Bert, and Maurice Baquet. Note that this movie is the French version of the Spanish movie "El sueno de Andalucia" (literally translates to "The Dream of Andalusia"), which was directed by Luis Lucia, and starring the same actors. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had some tears and tiny paper loss on parts of some foldlines, with some creases, smudges, and scuffs scattered throughout the poster. It had a 1" x 2" area of paper loss in the black background to the left of the last "A" in the title. It had some tears and tiny paper loss around the edges. Someone mounted the poster onto linen without really performing any restoration, and they did not do a great job mounting it, so there are some ripples in a few places where it is "lifting" from the linen, and the right panel is coming unglued on the left edge of that panel. The new owner should either have a professional re-glue those areas or have the poster entirely re-backed. Carefully look at our images and read what is written above before placing a bid on this poster.
