Cain"; produced by Mervyn LeRoy; set in the mid-1800s, it concerns the early efforts to bring the railroad to the West, and how the head of the railroad is at first opposed, but later aided by the owner of the stagecoach line he is putting out of business) starring Wallace Beery, Robert Taylor, Florence Rice, Helen Broderick and Charles Bickford NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
