Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a title card, three scene lobby cards (two with smaller images of Francis and one without Francis), a few stills, and an Argentinean poster (17 years ago) from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this fourth scene card, which has a wonderful close up of Kay Francis and George Brent (the two previous scene cards we auctioned that pictured Kay Francis sold for $935 and $635)! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There are tack holes in the corners, with two tiny tears in the bottom border. There are some tiny stains and smudges around the edges. There is a scuff mark in Francis' jacket, one that goes from her jacket to Brent's hair, and a scuff mark in Brent's cheek. There is a scuff mark in the bottom left of the image that goes down to the bottom border. There are faint smudges in the center of Francis' face. This is the sort of card that responds really well to professional restoration. It is likely that much or all of the smudges and stains can be removed through chemical means, after which the card will look fantastic. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
