The Understudy, the 1922 William A. Seiter silent theater stage acting mistaken identity comedy (about a rich man whose son falls for a showgirl, and he buys her off and sends his son away, but then an impostor takes the girl's place, and the rich man and his wife discover the hoax, but fall for the girl anyway, and arrange for her to be married to their son) starring Doris May, Wallace McDonald, Christine Mayo, Otis Harlan, and Arthur Hoyt. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Condition: very good. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
