An Original 1970 (from the first release of this movie in Argentina) Vintage Theatrical Folded Argentinean Movie Poster (measures 29 1/4" x 43 1/2" [74 x 110 cm]) (Learn More)

Fellini - Satyricon, the bizarre 1969 (released in the U.S. in 1970) Federico Fellini (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) French/Italian historical melodrama ("Rome. Before Christ. After Fellini."; "This picture will be science fiction...a trip back in time...into an unknown dimension.'-Fellini"; "'There is no end, no beginning. There is only the infinite passion of life.'-Fellini"; "Story and Screenplay by Federico Fellini and Bernardino Zapponi") starring Martin Potter, Hiram Keller, Max Born, Salvo Randone, Magali Noel, Mario Romagnoli, Alain Cuny, Lucia Bose, Tanya Lopert, Gordon Mitchell, and Capucine. Note that this movie was made shortly after Gian Luigi Polidoro made his movie "Satyricon" (Fellini tried to register the name, but Polidoro had registered it first). So United Artists, which had invested a fortune in Fellini Satyricon bought the rights to Polidoro's movie for over a million dollars in 1969, but did not release it until 1972 (under the name "The Degenerates"), so that it could not be confused with the Fellini movie or hurt its box office!
