Important Added Info: Note that this title card has been trimmed and now measures 10 1/2" x 14".

Condition: good. The top border plus a tiny bit of the top edge of the image was trimmed off, and there are staple holes around the edges of the card. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back of the card!
