An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Belgian Movie Poster (measures 23 3/4" x 33 1/4" [60 x 84 cm]) (Learn More) De Bebende Berg (literally translates to "The Quivering Mountain"), the 1931 Hanns Beck-Gaden & Luitpold Nusser German mountain expedition family melodrama (based on the novella by Hugo Rutters) starring Hanns Beck-Gaden, Hilda Rosch, Hanna Waag, Albert bon Kersten, Karl Hanft, and Fritz Muller. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare "pre-War" Belgian poster. Prior to World War II, Belgian posters were much larger than the ones from after the war, and they are extremely rare (because during WWII, there was a massive paper shortage in Belgium, and they took virtually every poster and map, and printed new posters on the backs of them. Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube and we have NEVER auctioned this poster before! Condition: good. The poster has substantial paper loss along the lower edge and a few tiny circular areas of paper loss scattered at left. Certainly the poster could be restored and linenbacked and it would look great, but please bear in mind its defects and cost of restoration before placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
