However, as it is clearly intended to be thought of as Bancroft's leg (Gray was an unbilled body double, or more accurately, "leg double"), we are referring to it as such. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the top crossfold and some small tears and small paper loss in the top horizontal fold, with some tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on the other foldlines. The blank borders of the poster were trimmed off, slightly extending into the edges of the image on the middle left and right. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking.
