An Original Vintage 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm] Still (Learn More)

Our Gang was a long-running series of kids movies, started in 1922 by Hal Roach, and continuing for the next 20 years, with an ever changing cast (as the kids grew too old!). Among the best remembered cast members were George 'Spanky' McFarland, Carl 'Alfalfa' Switzer, Scotty Beckett (who later played the young Al Jolson in "The Jolson Story"), Billie 'Buckwheat' Thomas, Stymie Beard, Darla Hood, Sunshine Sammy Morrison, Jackie Cooper, and many others!

Important Added Info: Note that this still, which measures 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm], but has not been trimmed, has a really cool embossed stamp in the bottom right corner that reads "HAL ROACH STUDIOS PHOTO". We have only previously auctioned seven other stills with this embossed stamp, in all our years of auctioning!
