Important Added Info: Note that what is offered here is a complete set of all 107 issues of the Star Wars Marvel Comic book, plus the three king-sized annuals that were published. They were collected by a fan many years ago who carefully put them each in their own plastic bag and board, and they have remained that way ever since! We did not want to handle them and potentially lessen their condition, so we left them in the bags and photographed them that way, so all you can see are the covers.
BUT WE GUARANTEE YOU THAT MOST (but not all) ARE IN PRETTY NICE CONDITION (although there are some exceptions, like that some have corners that are no longer sharp, issues #2 & #59 have rubber stamps, issue #21 has a hand written date, #71 has a tear on the cover and #42 is stained and has damage at the bottom corner). PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT OUR IMAGES TO GET A GOOD SENSE OF THEIR CONDITION BEFORE BIDDING. It would likely take a collector a very long time to assemble a complete set of these 100 comics, but when this auction closes, the winning bidder will have that complete set (mostly in nice condition) all at once! Note also that we have 28 images of the comic books in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 28 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 18. Please note that we don't use a "comic guide" grading system, and OUR grading scale is completely different from standard comic book grading. Our "very good" is completely different from a comic book graded "very good". We provide images of the comic book covers, which should allow you to get a sense of the condition of these comic books. Where did this remarkable selection come from? It all started when we were contacted by a VERY long time collector of Star Wars posters, who told us he wanted to sell his entire collector, and we started with his 296 (which included many of the most rare and desirable ones) and we then asked our other 2,500+ consignors if they had any other Star Wars posters (or related items) that we did not already have, and the result is this amazing collection of 520 auctions, and every item will have a new owner once the auctions end, because all truly have no reserve. If one tried to duplicate this collection, it would surely take MANY years to do so! Condition: very good to fine. The comics are in excellent condition.
