A 2003 Re-Release Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Style A One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Alien, the classic 1979 Ridley Scott English/U.S. science fiction (sci-fi) space monster horror action thriller ("In space no one can hear you scream."; "a word of warning..."; "Story by Dan O'Bannon & Ronald Shusett") starring Tom Skerritt (as Dallas), Sigourney Weaver (as Ripley), Veronica Cartwright (as Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (as Brett), John Hurt (as Kane), Ian Holm (as Ash), Yaphet Kotto ("as Parker"), and Bolaji Badejo (in the title role as the Alien). Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! Artist: Steve Frankfurt & Philip Gips Important Added Info: Note that this is a "foil" poster meaning that it is printed on a shiny aluminum foil-like surface. This foil can be damaged quite easily and because of that, foil posters are difficult to find in great condition. Also note that this one-sheet measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]. Finally, note that this poster is printed on a much heavier than normal paper stock (we don't know why, but it is nice!). Condition: very good.
