Best Hardy Hit Yet!"; one of the series of "Hardy Family" movies about Andy Hardy, his judge father, and the rest of his family; note that, in the first entries of this series, the judge father and his wife were the center of the movies, and the children had secondary roles, but Mickey Rooney's character quickly became extremely popular, and became the focus of the series) starring Lewis Stone (as Judge Hardy), Mickey Rooney (in the title role as Andy Hardy), Fay Holden, Ann Rutherford, Sara Haden, Patricia Dane, Ray McDonald, and Judy Garland NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and tiny tears scattered in parts of the vertical foldline, with a lesser amount of wear on the horizontal folds. There were pinholes, smudges, and stains around the edges of the poster and some smudges and scuffs scattered in the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer chose to airbrush the entire blue background area (so as to "even it out"), and the poster has a somewhat "restored" look (but otherwise, it displays great!).
