the 1960s double-bill release ("Return of the screen's greatest family shows"; "The entertainment for everyone") of The Wizard of Oz, the classic 1939 Victor Fleming family magical fantasy adventure musical (nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; Based on the classic novel of the same name by L. Frank Baum) starring Judy Garland (as Dorothy), Jack Haley (as The Tin Man), Bert Lahr (as The Cowardly Lion), Ray Bolger (as The Scarecrow), Frank Morgan (in the title role as The Wizard of Oz!), Margaret Hamilton (as the Wicked Witch), Billie Burke (as Glenda, the Good Witch), Charley Grapewin, "the Munchkins", and Toto too! AND tom thumb (they released the movie with the title in all small letters, no doubt as a joke on the fact that their title character was so small!), the 1958 George Pal English/U.S. musical fantasy adventure ("He's only 5 1/2 inches high but he's terrific!"; "The Wonderful Musical Adventure"; "...it's colorsome!"; "Based on a Story from the Pen of the Brothers Grimm"; "Songs by Peggy Lee"; "he's tiny but terrific!") starring Russ Tamblyn (in the title role, as "Tom Thumb"), Alan Young, Terry-Thomas, Peter Sellers, Jessie Matthews, June Throburn, Bernard Miles, Peter Butterworth, "and the Puppetoons, with the voice of Stan Freberg". Condition: very good. There are tape stains in the corners and in the center of the top and bottom borders, and there is a tape stain in the lower right border. The poster was folded in half an extra time.
