An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Flying Serpent, the 1946 Sam Newfield (billed as "Sherman Scott") horror thriller ("Relic of an Ancient Terror Born a Billion Years Ago!") starring George Zucco, Ralph Lewis, Hope Kramer, Eddie Acuff, Wheaton Chambers, James Metcalf, Henry Hall, Milton Kibbee, Budd Buster, and Terry Frost. Note that the plot of this movie is similar to the 1940 Bela Lugosi film Devil Bat! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster has darkened. There are some pinholes, creases and tears of varying lengths around the edges (generally 1" or less but one is larger in the upper right edge and it has been repaired with tape from the back). There are small bits of paper loss along some parts of the foldlines and there is separation with some associated paper loss in the center and lower crossfold. There is an ink pad stamp on the back that slightly bleeds through to the front at lower left in the title area. There are ink stains throughout the title area (they appear to be from the printing process). It is otherwise in pretty good condition and if after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
