Condition: good to very good. There is a tape stain on the front and back of the center of the left blank border. There is a 1" tear in the right of the bottom border and pair of staple holes in each corner. There are creases and tiny tears in the top right corner and a few faint smudges around the edges. The image area is in pretty good condition.
