She was discovered as a teenager by director Frank Perry and his wife Eleanor Perry, and they cast her as Lisa in "David and Lisa". Some of her other movies include: Take the Money and Run, Annie Hall, The Greatest Story Ever Told, and Nevada Smith. She passed away in 1993 at the age of 50 from cancer. The index card could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
