An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) She Married Her Boss, the 1935 Gregory La Cava family relationship women-in-the-workplace romantic comedy ("The surprise successor to 'It Happened One Night'"; about a secretary to a rich man who marries him, and then she discovers he wants her to keep being his secretary, and that they be "strictly business" while at work, plus she has to deal with his rich creepy relatives and his spoiled brat daughter) starring Claudette Colbert ("Grand in her greatest!"; "in the surprise picture of the year"), Melvyn Douglas, Michael Bartlett, Raymond Walburn, and Jean Dixon NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. We have provided both a high quality scan of the image and also a separate image of how the glass slide looks, but in that digital image, you can really just see the outline of the slide and defects (if any) around the edges. Condition: fair to good. There is a diagonal crack running across the lower right of the back pane, going across that area of the image. That crack is not very noticeable from the front. There are cracks in the top left corner of both panes, but solely in the background area. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass. Learn More about condition grades
