He was a center for the Milwaukee Bucks and later the Los Angeles Lakers. Abdul-Jabar was a 6 time NBA Champion and in 1996, he was honored as one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history. He also appeared in a few TV shows and films such as: Airplane, Forget Paris, and TV's "Different Strokes". As of 2021, Kareem is still alive at the age of 74! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster must be sent in a tube that is over 32" long (which is why it is in this set of auctions). You can tell how long the tube will need to be by adding 2 inches to the shorter dimension of the length or width (so 40x60s need to be sent in a 42 inch long tube, etc). Most of these posters (with the notable exception of paper banners) CAN be combined in the same tube together, with a few exceptions. Bear in mind that a very long tube (42 inches or longer) will cost a lot more to send than a 30" tube, so bear that in mind before bidding on this poster. Condition: fair to good. The poster has many scuff marks and creases at top and creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges.
