Strasbourg, the 1920s French train railroad railway travel poster encouraging people to use Chemins de fer d'Alsace et de Lorraine (Alsace and Lorraine Railways) to visit the city of Strasbourg, France. Note that this poster features Lucien Blumer artwork of the La Petite France district of the city, which is one of Strasbourg's main tourist attractions.

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this circa 1920s French travel poster, which has great art by Lucien Blumer! If anyone knows more about the exact date of this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has pinholes in the top blank corners and a few tiny tears, creases, and smudges around the edges. It has some light "waves" scattered throughout. It can be displayed and enjoyed as it is, or certainly, one might choose to have it linenbacked.
