An Original Vintage Theatrical English Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" [8 x 8 cm]) (Learn More) The Rat, the 1925 Graham Cutts English silent Paris France romantic love triangle melodrama ("The story of an Apache by David L'Estrange"; about the mistress of a rich and powerful man who asks him to go slumming in Paris, and they meet and Apache dancer known as "The Rat", and although he has an innocent young girlfriend, the mistress falls hard for him, with tragic consequences) starring Ivor Novello (in the title role as Pierre Boucheron, aka "The Rat"), Mae Marsh, Isabel Jeans, Robert Scholtz, and James Lindsay NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" item for this English movie! Also note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good to fine.
