An Error Reflects a Failure, the 1950s (perhaps 1960s) workplace motivational poster ("An error reflects a failure to pay attention to quality") created by the Elliott Service Company, encouraging workers to pay attention to ensure quality, and featuring art of a reflection of the word "Failure" on the surface of water. The Elliott Service Company created workplace motivational posters, flyers, pamphlets and other printed material from at least the 1950s to the 1960s.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has a small patch of slight discoloration at upper right next to a tiny tear that has been repaired with tape from the back. It has a few light creases but otherwise it is in pretty nice condition!
