An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) a circa 1950s "Wild" Bill Elliot stock poster. Note that this is a "stock" poster which had a large blank area where the title of the movie being shown could be added. Sometimes the studio would overprint the stock poster with the title of a specific movie, and sometimes they sent a series of large paper snipes with the titles of specific entries of the series, so the theater could paste in each snipe as needed, thus getting many posters for the price of one. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good. There are tears at center that have been repaired with tape from the back and they slightly bleed through to the front. There are tape stains around the title (from where a snipe was once affixed.)
