An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel "Grande" Movie Poster (1p; measures 43 1/2" x 59" [110 x 150 cm]) (Learn More)

Son Passe..! (literally translates to "Her Past..!"), the 1913 Henri Fescourt French silent romantic melodrama short (about a New York dancer who discovers she is an heiress to a wealthy duke and she tries to hide her past but her ex-fiance threatens to reveal all) starring Yvette Andreyor, Armand Tallier, Augusta Vallee, Jean Ayme, and Thierry. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned three examples of this poster before! Also note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this French movie!

Also note that this is an extremely rare French poster from before World War II! Virtually no French posters survive from before World War II since apparently there were many paper shortages in Europe during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all posters from before and World War II, and also from during the war, and the first few years afterwards.

Condition: fair to good. There is separation, darkening, tears, and small paper loss on parts of the folds, with some tears and small paper loss in the borders, and some small brown stains scattered in parts of the poster and water staining in the left border. But after linenbacking by a talented professional, the poster will display really well!
