Singing... Dancing... Picture"; "Girls! Songs! Dances! COLOR!"; "All natural color"; "Dances by Larry Ceballos"; "From play by Avery Hopwood"; about the son of a rich family in love with a chorus girl, and he wants her to meet his family, but she is too scared, so she sends her friend to pose as her, with wacky results) starring Winnie Lightner, Conway Tearle, Nick Lucas, Nancy Welford, Ann Pennington, Lilyan Tashman, "And a Chorus of 100 dazzling beauties". Note that this was only the second Technicolor sound movie ever made, and today only exists in fragments with the complete soundtrack. Also note that this movie bears a strong resemblance to Gold Diggers of 1933, but apparently they were not actually connected, only that portions of the plot and title were borrowed for the later movie. This window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. What IS paperbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. Prior to paperbacking, the card had several long uneven tears across the center, extending into the girl's face, neck, hair, and arms. The entire card has darkened and there were some other tears and areas of paper loss around the edges. Overall, the card was in poor condition prior to paperbacking.
