Potter romantic movie-making screwball comedy ("At last it's on the screen..!"; "You'll Laugh!"; "You'll Howl!"; "You'll Roar!"; "Based on an original story by Nat Perrin"; "Suggested by the stage play 'Olsen & Johnson's Hellzapoppin'") starring Olsen and Johnson (Ole Olsen and Chic Johnson), Martha Raye, Hugh Herbert, Mischa Auer, Jane Frazee, Robert Paige, 30 Congeroos (the movie introduced a new dance, "The Congeroo", a "new Harlem dance craze, a combination of the Conga and the Lindy-Hop"), and Shemp Howard. Note that this screwball comedy was sort of a 1941 version of "Airplane", with every possible gag thrown in. We have not seen the movie, but we know there was a sequence that included the Frankenstein monster (played by Dale Van Sickel). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had paper loss in all four corners, extending into the image. It had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
