An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Zane Grey's The Mysterious Rider, the 1927 John Waters silent cowboy western (based on the novel by Zane Grey; Holt is a rancher who has to fight a crooked lawyer and a rich landowner who hire New York gangsters to help them, and Holt becomes the masked "Mysterious Rider"!) starring Jack Holt (in the title role as the Mysterious Rider), Betty Jewel, Charles Sellon, David Torrence, Tom Kennedy, and Guy Oliver. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned an insert, a different scene card, and five 8x10 stills from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this second lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. There are faint tiny dot stains in the left blank border (more so in the upper half) and a few tack holes around the edges. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
