Acqua Miracolosa (literally translates to "Miraculous Water"), the 1914 Eleuterio Rodolfi Italian silent marriage infidelity comedy short (about a doctor who is in love with one of his pretty patients who lives downstairs from him; but she is married, and her husband wants a child, and the doctor advises the couple to have the wife go to the miracle springs of Cavorette-les Bains, which will make her fertile, but of course, the doctor plans to make a visit there himself to help the miracle occur!) starring Eleuterio Rodolfi, Gigetta Morano, Umberto Scalpellini, and Nilde Bruno. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare pre-World War II Italian poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Italian movie, which we have never auctioned before! Virtually no Italian posters survive from before, during, or right after World War II (mostly only pre-war heavy stock lobby cards, and even those are rare). Apparently there were many paper shortages in Italy during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all pre-World War II posters!

Condition: good to very good. There is staining on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded, and some tears and small paper loss on parts of the folds and borders.
