Howard romantic story-of-a-man's-life-told-in-flashbacks melodrama ("The first Narratage production"; written by Preston Sturges; with cinematography by James Wong Howe; the movie begins with a man's death, and then his life is explored in a series of flashbacks; he had great financial success, but at the cost of happiness in his personal life; many people think that this movie was Orson Welles' inspiration for Citizen Kane's structure, as there are many parallels) starring Spencer Tracy, Colleen Moore, Ralph Morgan, Helen Vinson, Phillip Trent, and Henry Kolker NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There is small separation and the tiniest of paper loss at the top two crossfolds. There is staining on the back of the upper right blank border that shows through to the front and a lesser amount in the rest of the borders. There is a faint scuff mark in Colleen Moore's credit.
