Important Added Info: Note that this is the first edition from 1975 in its original dust jacket. We have pictured the front cover, the title page, the interior page that shows the publishing information, and several interior 2-page spreads. Note that this book contains unclothed women, so we have placed a white bar over those areas, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual book does not have those white bars! Note that on all hardcover books, the buyer must pay the actual cost of shipping (but if you solely buy books, or if you want the books shipped separately, they can be shipped in the U.S. only via "Media Mail", which is much less expensive than Priority Mail; unfortunately, there is no similar service outside the U.S. to Media Mail).
