An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French Two-Panel "Double Grande" Movie Poster (2p; measures 63" x 90 3/4" [160 x 231 cm]; printed in 2 pieces) (Learn More)

Les Tout Petits (literally translates to "The Little Ones"), the 1913 Henry Houry French silent family orphan melodrama (about two children whose parents die and their uncle neglects them and they are forced to work in a tavern). If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned an example of this poster or ANY other movie paper for this title before! The poster is an "export" poster, meaning it was printed with a blank space for the title, so that the country that was showing the movie could print a title in their own language. Also this is an extremely rare French "country of origin" poster from before World War II! Virtually no French posters survive from before World War II since apparently there were many paper shortages in Europe during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all posters from before and World War II, and also from during the war, and the first few years afterwards. Also note that this French two-panel measures 63" x 90 3/4" [160 x 231 cm]. Also note that this French two-panel was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap.

Condition: fair to good. The poster has darkening on parts of several folds, and it has separated on parts of some folds and it has small tears and tiny paper loss on parts of the folds and crossfolds and small tears and paper loss around the edges. It has some stains and smudges It is otherwise "mostly all there" and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
