Zorro's Fighting Legion, the 1939 John English & William Witney south-of-the-border masked hero cowboy western serial ("A Republic serial in 12 chapters"; we have never seen this movie, but based on the advertising, we can tell that Zorro recruits a whole lot of guys to be "assistant Zorros"; we wonder where they ordered all those Zorro costumes from!) starring Reed Hadley (in the title role as Don Diego/Zorro), Sheila Darcy, William Corson, Leander De Cordova, Edmund Cobb, and Carleton Young (as Benito Juarez). Note that we show no record of a U.S. release of this serial as an edited feature version, but it seems that such a version was created for international release, because the non-U.S. posters we have seen make no reference to it being a serial. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had some scuffs and tiny bits of paper loss on small parts of some folds and very minor border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
