An Original Vintage German Magazine (measures 9" x 12" [23 x 30 cm]; 24 pages) (Learn More)

Filmwelt (literally translates to "Film World"), the German movie entertainment magazine published in the 1930s through 1940 (at least), featuring many photos and articles of popular films and movie stars! The only four issues we have ever seen are one from 1931, which has a great cover ad for Fritz Lang's "M", one from 1933, which has a great cover image of Leni Riefenstahl from "S.O.S. Eisberg", one from 1936, which has a cover of Hortense Raky, and one from 1940, which has an image of Ferdinand Marian, the star of Veit Harlan's rabidly anti-Semitic "Jud Suss". If anyone knows more about this magazine, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Important Added Info: Note that the cover of this German magazine has an ad for Fritz Lang's "M", but there are no interior articles about it. We have pictured some interior pages showing some of the articles that are in the magazine.

Condition: good to very good. The magazine was folded down the middle at one time and there are two punch holes at the spine of all pages. Otherwise, it is in pretty nice condition!
