Condition: good to very good. two 1/2" tears in the top blank border (repaired with tape from the back); six small tears in the right blank border; pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card; stain in the upper right border to the right of the "L" of "TRAIL"; 1/2" surface scuff in the top left corner that affects the "p" of "presents"; light smudges and some creases around the edges of the card; looking at the back of the card, one can see some light partial vertical creases near the center of the card, but they really do not show from the front
