Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: poor. The poster had paper loss at the crossfolds and tears and areas of paper loss on the foldlines and scattered throughout, with pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. Someone painted over large portions of the poster, and they did not do a good job.
