Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! It has darkened and it has several creases scattered throughout, and there is a tear at upper left that has been repaired with tape from the back. There is surface paper loss in portions of the lower edge.
