Original Vintage Theatrical Folded British Quad (Measures 30" x 40") (Learn More)

Monster Maker, the 1944 Sam Newfield mad scientist acromegaly science fiction (sci-fi) horror thriller starring J. Carrol Naish, Ralph Morgan, Tala Birell, Wanda McKay, Terry Frost, Ace the Wonder Dog, Glenn Strange, and Ray 'Crash' Corrigan (uncredited as the gorilla monster!). Note that Crash Corrigan made a REALLY wise investment in the 1930s, when he bought a "gorilla suit". In many of the movies in the 1940s where there is a fake gorilla, it is played by Crash Corrigan, no doubt because he could supply the suit! Also note that Ace the Wonder Dog had his first role in 1938's "Blind Alibi" (playing a seeing eye dog). He appeared in 15 movies stretching over 8 years. If anyone knows more about Ace the Wonder Dog, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good. There are a few tack holes in each corner. The poster was folded in half an extra time. There is 5" of separation in the right end of the top extra foldline. There is 6" of separation in the bottom of the right foldline. There is minor separation in the ends of some of the foldlines. There is tiny separation at a few of the crossfolds.
