Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Six-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 81" x 81") (Learn More) Dangerous Years, the 1948 Arthur Pierson juvenile delinquent kids crime thriller ("Story and Screenplay by Arnold Belgard") starring Billy Halop (billed as "William Halop"), Ann Todd (billed as "Ann E. Todd"), Scotty Beckett, Jerome Cowan, Richard Gaines, Anabel Shaw, and Marilyn Monroe (her very first movie, and she is unbilled on the posters, and only appears on the half-sheet, a scene card, and the title card!) Also note this poster has been professionally linenbacked. It now looks great, and most dealers would describe it as "fine (or mint) on linen". We have noted the defects that were restored below (and feel everyone should always do this!). Many collectors would not be aware of the restoration this poster has had unless it was specifically shown to them! Condition: fine. The poster was probably never used. The colors are quite bright. There is slight restoration along the folds and in the borders. The poster looks great!. Most of the linenbacked posters we sell were restored by the finest professionals. An expertly linenbacked poster will often appear "mint", as its defects have been made to "vanish".
