Note that Marilyn Monroe was given the lead in this movie, but she was not yet a major star. Her performance in this film, and the iconic gigantic image of her laying atop the famous waterfall with the water running over her body helped her career massively! Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. There are extra horizontal folds above and below the regular top and bottom horizontal foldlines and there are minor creases scattered throughout the poster. There is a 3/4" tear in the black background at upper right in the inset image area and there are two 1" tears in the lower right edge of the poster that have been repaired with brown paper tape from the back. There is a 1" tear in the left of the top edge and there are some pairs of staple holes and small tears scattered around the edges of the poster. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and if one chose to have it restored it would look fantastic (although I'm sure many Marilyn Monroe collectors would be quite happy with this poster as it is!).
