Hitchcock et l'art coincedences fatales (literally translates to "Hitchcock and Art: Fatal Coincidences"), the 2000 - 2001 Canadian exhibition that was held at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition examined the life and career of Alfred Hitchcock, the artwork that inspired him, and artwork that was inspired by his films. There was both a poster created for this exhibition and also a 2000 book that was published in conjunction with this exhibition, with many images in color and black & white over 498 pages.
