The Speed Spook, the 1924 Charles Hines silent automobile car racing sports romantic screwball comedy ("with a splendid cast"; "from the story by Wm. Wallace Cook"; a wacky story with lots of farcical elements, but the main plot involves a race car driver trying to help his girlfriend's car company sell more cars, so he drives one of her cars through town at a high speed, and ducks down so that it looks like no one is driving, and the townspeople call the driverless car "The Speed Spook"!) starring Johnny Hines, Faire Binney, Edmund Breese, Warner Richmond, and Frank Losee
