An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Painted Ponies, the 1927 B. Reeves Eason silent circus romantic love triangle cowboy western (about a rodeo cowboy who romances the daughter of the man who runs the carousel in the circus; a bully tries to steal the girl from him, and he beats up the bully, but then the girl's father is found dead and the cowboy is blamed) starring Hoot Gibson, William R. Dunn, Charles Sellon, Otto Hoffman, and Slim Summerville. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this scene card, and that was 9 years ago. That card has now been reconsigned to us, so it is still the only example we have ever auctioned! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good to very good. There is some uneven discoloration and a few 3/4" and smaller tears around the edges of the card. The card is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
