An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

The Headless Ghost, the 1959 Peter Graham Scott English teen fantasy horror thriller ("Head-hunting teenagers lost in the haunted castle!") starring Richard Lyon, Liliane Sottane, David Rose, Clive Revill, and Jack Allen. Note that this appears to have definitely been an English movie, released in the U.S. by AIP. There are two oddities about this. One is that the IMDb gives the U.S. release date as being BEFORE the English release date, and also, we have never seen even one item from the English release! This is likely be because it was specifically made to be a shown as a double-feature along with Horrors of the Black Museum.

Artist: Reynold Brown

Condition: good. There is extensive writing on back of the poster (it was used as a sign for another movie) but crayon was used so in most cases it does not show through to the front except upon very close inspection. Similar crayon was used to write a name at lower right above the male at lower right (see our image). Some portions of the poster are very lightly rippled. After linenbacking with some proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the above and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
