An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Texas Jack, the 1935 Bernard B. Wray (billed as "B.B. Ray") cowboy western starring Jack Perrin, Robert Walker, Jayne Regan, Cope Borden, Nelson McDowell, Lew Meehan, and Starlight ("[The Wonder Horse]"). Note that the Robert Walker credited above was NOT the Robert Walker who starred in the 1940s and 1950s, but a different Robert Walker who started making movies in 1913, and he appeared in an amazing 255 movies through 1953, a 40 year span, but most of those were westerns, and a lot of them were very minor roles, often uncredited. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases, small tears, and tiny paper loss on the vertical foldline and a lesser amount on the horizontal foldlines. There were some creases, tears, pinholes, and tiny paper loss around the edges of the poster. The person who did the restoration put new blank white paper over all the borders to even out the appearance (but the small writing at the bottom of the poster was not covered over). This is a common technique used by several top restorers. It is done so well that the majority of collectors are not even aware it has been done, and many do not feel it to be a significant detraction (since it is only blank white area). Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
